Mr. Li Qi is the Chief Operating Officer of XinYang Film and Culture Development Company. He has worked in the Youku Business Group of Alibaba Entertainment and was responsible for the construction and operation of Youku's "New Knowledge" video knowledge payment platform and participated as the creator of several cultural documentary projects.
